2. Account Registration and Eligibility

Each member may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
Any changes to account information must be reported to our support team immediately.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure.

2.2 Verification (KYC)

b8b88 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The payment methods currently supported on b8b88 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Once a deposit is successful, it is generally credited to the account instantly.

Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited and such funds may be forfeited.
No additional charges apply for deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may impose its own fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed during the verification process or if unusual activity is suspected.

Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account used for the deposit.
To withdraw winnings from bonuses, the wagering requirements must be met.
b8b88 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (bonus amount × 15). Withdrawals from the bonus cannot be made until the wagering requirement is completed.

The welcome bonus applies once per member only.
To activate the bonus, the first deposit must be made within the specified time limit after registration.
Any attempt to claim the bonus through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers on b8b88 are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods and maximum win limits. The detailed terms of each promotion will be stated on the promotions page. b8b88 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5. VIP Program

The b8b88 VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades depend on the member's activity and gaming behaviour on the platform. b8b88 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Members are obliged to refrain from the following activities:

Registering an account with false or misleading information.
Operating multiple accounts.
Betting or playing games on behalf of a third party.
Using any automated bots, software or other technical tools to operate games.
Attempting to hack, crack or manipulate the platform's systems in any technical way.
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Abusive or harassing behaviour towards other members or staff.

If any of the above prohibited activities are found, b8b88 may close the account without notice, forfeit the balance and take legal action.

7. Gaming Fairness and Security

b8b88 is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. All games on the platform are provided by certified third-party providers who use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of every game is completely random and not predetermined.

Your account and transaction information is protected by SSL encryption technology. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended in the interest of security.

Financial losses caused by the member's own actions.
Odds or results displayed incorrectly due to a technical error — in such cases b8b88 reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

In any circumstance, b8b88's maximum liability is limited to the current balance in the member's account.

12. Account Closure and Service Suspension

12.1 At the User's Request

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed.

12.2 At b8b88's Discretion

b8b88 may suspend or close an account for the following reasons: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to verify the account, or an unresolvable dispute. In such cases b8b88 reserves the right to hold or forfeit the balance.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. Our team will aim to provide an initial response within 72 hours. If the matter is not resolved with the support team, a request for a higher-level review can be made. b8b88 reserves the right to make the final decision on all disputes.

14. Applicable Law

Any matter relating to the interpretation and application of these Terms, including governing law and jurisdiction, will be handled in accordance with b8b88's internal policies. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with their local laws.

15. Amendments and Updates

b8b88 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to post a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any change means you are considered to have accepted the new terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.
